Rosanne Fraley is a professional singer and educator who holds a B.A. in Music Education/Voice from Kent State University and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel University. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, and is on the faculty of The LoVetri Institute of Somatic Voicework™. With many years of experience as a lead singer, Rosanne sings in most contemporary styles and is currently a lead singer with Northside Blues & Rock Band and Jazz Connection.

Her operatic debut was with the Cleveland Opera Theater as Barbarina in The Marriage of Figaro. Other roles include Josephine in H.M.S. Pinafore and Amahl in Amahl and the Night Visitors. Rosanne has performed throughout the Eastern Seaboard including the National Theatre in Washington D.C. She has been the music director for numerous musicals in Central Maryland and is a singer-songwriter of music for young children for Mom and Me Productions, Inc. Rosanne is a retired music specialist, a state judge in the Miss America system, instructor at the Washington Conservatory of Music, maintains a private voice studio in the D.C. metro area, and is a vocal consultant/workshop presenter for area high schools.
