Tracey Magruder began her journey of teaching music privately over ten years ago. Teaching was her first job and the one that has stuck with her throughout her life. In 2006 she graduated from American University with her BA in Music Performance.Tracey has appeared in various venues in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Florida. On stage she has played classic characters like Laurey in Oklahoma!, Johanna in Sweeney Todd, and Sarah Brown in Guys & Dolls. Behind the scenes she has also worked as the Musical Director for local theater productions and won the Monti Award for her work on Plant City Entertainment’s production of The Music Man.
