Somatic Voicework™ The LoVetri Method Teachers' Association

The LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™

Announcing 2020 Online LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™ in conjunction with Baldwin Wallace University

May 10, 2020 By svwadmin

We are planning for our Online LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™ hosted in conjunction with Baldwin Wallace University this July. We are grateful to be able to proceed as planned with our courses, although they will be adjusted to make participating in them more comfortable for online viewing. Our faculty is working with our experts and doing a bit of re-arranging of details. We will have a new schedule available soon so check our website in a few weeks for those updates. The course fees have been discounted this year due to the virus. You can register by clicking here. In addition, all professional CEUs for Educators will still be available with the online model of the summer LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework™.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, tuition for both first time participants and reviewers has been adjusted down. The new tuition costs are: $325/level for new participants and $150/level for reviewers. For those who have had reasons to not attend in person, this is an opportunity to do the courses without airfare, hotel or meal costs. You can still do break-outs, participate in movement breaks and interact with our faculty. This new way of presenting the courses will have different challenges but also new fun objectives and as yet unknown opportunities to share and grow together.
The Guest Experts for 2020 will be, Barbara Wilson Arboleda, CCC, SLP, Vocal Health and Hygiene, Level I; Jan Elise Prokop, DMA, BodyMapping®, Level II; Claudio Milstein, PhD, CCC-SLP, Vocal Medicine for Teachers of Singing; Carmel Dean, Broadway MD, Master class clinician, both in Level III. Additional courses will be offered in choral pedagogy, audition preparation for music theater college entry, and using electronics effectively.

In addition, we are honored to still be able to offer Dr. Trineice Robinson-Martin’s Soul Ingredients® Methodology Course: When Science Meets Soul in this summer’s online institute for graduates of at least Level II. To register for Dr. Trineice Robinson-Martin’s course, click here!
We are well prepared to offer the summer LoVetri Institute online and have been working tirelessly to make all the necessary adjustments. We are extremely grateful for the continued support of Baldwin Wallace University and our Somatic Voicework™ faculty for being so proactive at this time. We urge you to stay in, take care, be cautious, and pray or think about those who are on the frontlines all over the country and the world. Stay tuned for more updates in May.
