My students range in age from 5 to 70. Some are beginners, some are quite skilled. I tailor instruction and coaching to meet the goals of my students. Music theory is incorporated into the lessons. Vocal health is also a component. My students appear in community theater, school events and church productions. Participation in recitals is encouraged but not mandatory. I am a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. I am a Level III graduate of Somatic Voicework ™ The LoVetri Method. I am also certified in vocology through the National Center for Voice and Speech.

I've been singing since I could speak and playing piano since I was eight. I've performed in concert, opera, and musical theatre. I grew up on the American Songbook. I currently have a church choir, direct the Jacksonville Gay Chorus, and teach piano and voice in my private studio, Voice Matters and Fingers, Too!
